Why don't we study the human biology and immunology and find out how body defends and where faults occur in the immune system and how we could rectify without drastically different chemical but with macromolecules (biosimilars) that the body missed to produce or find ways to get rid off the wrongly produced macromolecules? Instead why do we swallow or inject chemicals that the lower organisms are using to defend them? Are we not different from those lower species? This would be big problem with vaccine discovery for pathogens with large number of genes. For example out of 4000 genes of mycobacterium tuberculosis 700-800 genes will have proteins expressed on the cell surface. A protein of 300 amino acids will produce 293 peptide of 8 amino acids length. When multiplied with 700 genes gives over 200,000 peptides for human immune system to select from. The causes of many other deadly diseases are well known, but not for cancer. The reason is there are several complexed factors that cause
cancer. While exposure to environmental factors like chemicals and radiations are major sources for cancer origin, the single most important
